  The quitest place we have ever been. You hear nothing. Monument needs more publicity from media. The view from hill is breathtaking to say the least.

  made a point of stopping here during a road trip. really quiet place, yet interesting. the views of the hills and the Missouri river are really nice

  Worth the side trip. Beautiful location overlooking the Missouri River. CAUTION! There is a rattlesnake living in a hole at the top of the steps to the monument.
